Добрый день. Хочу продать разработанную игру на сайте itch.io (сайт для размещения игр юных разработчиков.).Для этого нужно пройти налоговое собеседование. В вопросах анкеты у меня спрашивают "Являюсь ли я бенефициарным владельцем. Там же звучит : " что под угрозой лжесвидетельства , что я являюсь лицом , являющимся бенефициарным владельцем( или имею права подписывать от имени лица, являющимся бенефициарным владельцем) всех доходов к которым относится эта форма или я использую эту форму , чтобы документировать себя как физическое лицо, которое является владельцем или владельцем счёта инностранного финансового учреждения. " Мне трудно понят смысл этих слов. Можете ли вы объяснит как то попонятнее.?
Есть подозрение, что это не совсем точный и корректный перевод с иностранного языка. ;
Полагаю, что имеется в виду, что вы должны получать плату за игру лично и для себя, а не быть посредником, и, вероятно, вы не должны иметь счет в иностранном банке. Для более точного ответа нужно ознакомиться с полным текстом и, если он изначально вам предложен на английском языке, нужен этот текст. ;
